Tests have shown that the use of different grades of polyethylene pipe special materials (in accordance with the standard, melt flow rate MFR is not much difference) between the production of pipe fittings can be hot melt connection. However, because the materials commonly used in domestic production of polyethylene pipe fittings do not fully comply with the standard pipe special materials, it is recommended that they be tested and tested first when hot-melt connection of polyethylene pipe fittings with different brands and batch numbers is required.

It is recommended that polyethylene pipe fittings production companies develop more detailed operating procedures suitable for the company's pipe fittings according to relevant regulations (regulations of the comparison principle) through tests and tests (combined with the characteristics of the hot melt connection equipment used). And through training and consulting to help constructors master operating procedures. The large companies that produce polyethylene piping systems internationally have these guidelines for the operation of hot melt connections.
