The hot-melt welding machine adopts the plate-type structure and applies the electric heating principle; the whole machine is in the form of frame, which is composed of three plates of upper template, lower template and hot template, and is equipped with hot mold, upper and lower plastic cold mold, and the action mode is Pneumatic control. The heat of the heating plate is transferred to the welding surface of the upper and lower plastic heating members by an electric heating method to melt the surface thereof, and then the heating plate is quickly withdrawn. After heating the upper and lower heating members, the molten surface is fused, solidified and integrated.


The hot-melt welding machine has intelligent components to accurately control the temperature change, and cooperates with mechanical devices to achieve product welding. It is especially suitable for products that are not easy to weld and have irregular shapes. It is used in plastic welding, implant nuts and riveting applications.


When hot-melt welding electromechanical fusion connection, it is required that the butt pipe sections should be of the same material, and the same factory supporting materials should be used as much as possible; the outer diameter and wall thickness of the butt pipe sections should be consistent, and the error is within the allowable range; the pipes and fittings to be welded are to be welded. The inner and outer surfaces should be smooth and flat without any abnormalities; the butt joints should have good processing and welding properties matched with the welder.


When welding in cold climate and high wind environment, protective measures should be taken; the surface to be welded must be scraped off and cleaned before welding; the electrofusion pipe fittings should not be unpacked when not in use, strictly in accordance with the specifications of the welding machine and the bar code of the pipe fittings. The time value is to be welded; the joint must not be moved or any external force applied during the welding process and during the cooling phase after the welding is completed.


It is also necessary to clean the dirt on the connecting surface of the pipe, mark the insertion depth, and scrape off the skin; the pipe is fixed on the frame, and the electrofusion pipe is placed on the pipe; the connecting piece is straightened to ensure that it is on the same axis; Welding; cooling.
